INFO
At this point in time Roger has successfully shoved almost all meaning
out of the band and ousted Rick wright. Dave Gilmour was gettign angry
with Roger and horns locked between the two were at witts ends. This
album has been rumored to be a Roger Waters solo album under the pink
floyd name.
This album was dedicated to his father who was killed in the British
invasion of Anzio, Italy. not many of the other group members worked on
this album. Rick was out of the group, Nick mason was barely around
to do anything and david gilmour was at witts end with Roger.
QUOTES
David Gilmour: "I said to Roger, If these songs weren't good enough for
The Wall, why are they good enough for now? We had the most awful
time of my life. Roger had got Rick out, Nick wasn't around much and
now he was starting on me. A most unpleasant and humiliating
experience."
